Conquered Limited is a small family run children's home set in the centre of Peterborough. Our sole purpose is to provide children aged between 8-18, who have learning disabilities the best care possible. We are currently recruiting Senior Support workers who are wanting a rewarding carer with us. If you are seeking a new challenge and are committed, energetic, passionate, fun, caring, and proactive then we want to hear from you.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working alongside the Registered manager in the running of the home and its development, this will be a career defining opportunity to further your skills and knowledge. 

So, if you have:

-         Qualified to a level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce

-         Have good shift planning skills?

-         Committed, passionate, resilient, and forward thinking?

-         Have experience in supervising staff?

-          A good understanding of the Children Homes Regulations (2015) and other related legislations.

-         The skills to inspire both children and staff you work with.

-         Committed, passionate, resilient, and forward thinking?

-         Flexible and able to work as part of a team?

-          Able to rise to new challenges and situations?

-         Compassionate and caring to bring the best out of others?

-         Able to work weekends and potentially sleep in?

-         Wanting a career in social care?
